Thank you for shopping with Enchanted Designs! Because each piece is handcrafted and made to order with care, please review our shipping details below.
Processing Time All orders are made to order and require 5–10 business days to create before shipping. Personalized and custom orders may require additional time depending on complexity. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at jessikah024@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to make it right.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country upon delivery.
